There's literally tons of things and ideas riot can do such as batman vlad, ZAC literally hasn't had a single skin released like why?????? you release a champ and just give up on it? was he not thought of in the long term run? I mean it would attract so much other fans into playing the game. maijin bu/super buu zac would make such an awesome skin, batman vlad, ironman jayce there's literally tons of ideas where riot can do one time collaboration and request rights for 1 time use, this game would look so much epic. Take a look at some of the impressive custom skins, if I was riot I would hire these guys. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JHmsFIfMpE4

The way you write, implies that you have this idea that this is somehow an oversight or a failing of Riot. "Why doesn't Riot do this?", the question is more appropriately "Why would Riot ever be able to consider this?". And I am leaving aside issues like how Vlad doesn't fit Batman at all and that this isn't League of Detective Comics.

In the real world, companies are looking to make good use and profit off of their merchandise and large, multinational conglomerates tend to be controlling in regards to their intellectual content. The pure and plain answer is this:

There is simply no way that Time Warner or The Walt Disney Company would ever release their top properties for use by another company, under any conditions or agreement that would be favorable to Riot Games. Period.
