@Riot The Hunt Is On!

Let's talk about vs. As a Rengar main for several seasons now and over 1000 games on Rengar, I wanted to ask about this interaction that happens usually 30+ minutes into the game. (http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/The_Hunt_is_On!). When Kha'Zix wins the hunt he gets a 4th evolution while Rengar gets a 20 stack of his bonetooth Necklace as well as increased brush vision. I can't help but feel like Rengar can only lose the hunt because his reward feels so much less significant than Kha'Zix getting another evolve. I feel like Rengar's reward for winning the hunt should get a buff of some kind. By the 30+ minute mark, I almost always have 20 stacks on my bonetooth, or I am very close. Therefore killing Kha'Zix and winning the hunt is only giving me like <5 stacks.

Is this working as intended? Because I have never found a situation where that increased brush vision did anything for me considering my ultimate reveals the enemy team and is on such a short cooldown at rank 3 and max CDR. I don't think Rengar should get anything super overpowered for winning the hunt, but I do think he should get something more on par with what Kha'Zix gets when he wins.
