I've complained a lot about the BE system, but I appreciate the 50% BE sale on champions

The inherent nerf to the BE system irked me, but I'm glad riot has decided to start putting up champions on sale for BE. The 50% discount (a massive one, compared to the shards which only give 20%) is definitely a step in the right direction to regain customer loyalty.

I still wish they would tweak the system, since in the case of a future BE shop, I'll never be able to buy any of the big ticket items give how slowly BE is trickling out.

Was this advertised? In advance?

I've literally been buying whatever champion i get shards for because I'm just trying to fill out my roster. Frustrating that now I'm almost out of blue essence, i hear about such a good sale. Will still try to make use of it though - thanks for the tip.

I totally agree with you. This compensation still doesn't cut it. The new BE drop rate is shameful, the fact that they forced this on people, then largely ignored everyone's criticism until people eventually gave up and just accepted it is really really scummy.

For me this is a fuck-up compensation.

Discounts where

where can I find such wondrous pleasantries

If you haven't already found it, go to the store and click on the ezreal photo. It looks like a regular "champ bundle rp sale", but when I looked carefully, I noticed IP was also discounted (it says this also in the description, but who reads that).

Poking around on reddit, it's probably a one time thing for the BE to be discounted, and they don't have plans to do it again.

Which is a shame, since it's certainly nice to get champs for a whopping half off.
