Bug while editing runes in champ select!

I'm not sure if this is the correct board to post client issues in, if someone knows the correct board please let me know!

For the past couple of games I've encountered a bug while trying to edit my runes in champ select. When I click on the little pen icon only a part of the runes editor pops up. The issue seems to happen randomly.
