Blackfrost Anivia not showing up in champ select

Hi!! I own the Blackfrost Anivia skin and for some reason it isn't showing up during champ select. At first I thought it was just a one-time glitch but I tried to select the skin in a Blind Pick and Custom game and nothing showed up!

Has anyone encountered this bug before?

Any help would be appreciated.
