Laning with him is still irritating and unfun, like every ranged vs melee matchup. The difference being with teemo top lane, he does annoying damage before you recall to get adaptive helm.

I didn't come to get into an argument, what anyone else will tell you that he's annoying to fight pre-6, and even then his traps are a nuisance to deal with. That's the only reason he exists. To be a nuisance.
