META - how should I know, what META is right now?

Good day,

I have important question. Everyone is talking about META - I understand it is a state after new patch, where most of the champions get boost or nerf, some are more stronger than others or on the other side they are weaker. But how can I figure it out, which champion is good for current meta? Are there any official ladders, analysis of picks or some sort of tips, which champion is the CURRENT-META-BEST?

There are a few websites with a ladders, like champion.gg or op.gg (I don't like it, because it shows only favourite picks from Korea). But is this enough, or there is another, better website talking about meta?

Same thing for items - new patch, boost/nerf, everything change. I deal with it by probuilds.net and with my own mind, but I still think it is not enough.

Mobalytics is your best bet here. I find them useful. Not only do they tell you what is good over all for the meta but they tell you what is good after the most recent patch. It is in really good video format so it is even easier to understand. Good luck and I hope it helps you

Maybe play the game for yourself for like a few thousand hours??

Hi, I try to play a lot when I have a free time - but because I am 28, some 18 players tend to flame me - in their opinion I should do other things, adult things, instead of playing thousand hours of games :-) :-D
