[GAMEPLAY] Item Spellthieve's Edge can't be bought

I can't buy support item Spellthieve's Edge and this lasts for two days back. Everytime it writes ITEM DISABLED, even on start, when I don't have any items. Can you fix this problem, please? Thank you!

It's disabled due to a bug? pay attention to the exclamation mark boxes (green, yellow or red depending on severity). It's disabled alongside frost queen because it is a constituent of only that item. They are trying to fix this bug currently though so don't worry.
