I don't care about solo queue vs dynamic queue.

I care about fighting Annie who has her swirling stun visual all the time. I know you can tell by her laugh as well, but it's annoying to see the swirl on her no matter where her spell count is.

Disable the bitch!

This 12 minute queue wait in Silver 5 is pretty stupid too!
