Can we decrease the ban and pick timers if multiple people dodge?

Its growing old having to go through champ select with the same team over and over when we have 4 dodges in a row. It gets annoying seeing people banning the last second or hovering over a pick we all know they aren't locking. I know the timers are important, but I'd love it if 5 seconds were reduced after 3 or 4 dodges. I just want to get in a game already :(
