When is Aurelion Sol patch change coming?

Riot, I do admire his unique play style, but the star forger doesn't have a large threat compared to a syndra or velkoz. I would like to have Asol to be a burst type champ instead of sustain dmg aoe.

Also for his passive, maybe perhaps replace it with something else?

And his W can be changed? Maybe have Asol call down 3 per .25 sec then refreshes in 15 seconds? stars at a certain range? Similar to Karthus Q....
