Riot should really give the option to see our ban history/account health/Spent

Sure we can just send a ticket to Riot Support but it takes time, we want to see more data on the accounts we own. How many bans we've had, account health, previous warnings, total amount in game spent, etc.

I think this way is a good way to decrease the frequency of bans occurring in LoL each year. Also gives us the power where our account stands in terms of total money spent per month/year, account health if a ban is imminent, when did we first create the account, and much more data Riot could include.

Will this keep/increase the toxicity in our community? No, if Riot responds well to this new ban system it should be even better than our current system today. My idea consists of a very strict warning system. If a player is reported, how then will they punished is that depending on the severity there are 3 levels:

  1. Light warning

  2. Medium warning

  3. Heavy warning

Now imagine a health bar of 3 lives. A heavy warning will remove all your 3 lives. Medium warning will remove 2 lives leaving the player with 1, etc. If all your lives are gone, you will not recieve your ban yet until you get another punishable report imediately then the player with no lives will receive a ban depeding on history and severity.

How to not get banned? If however you get a medium ban/light ban the player will still have 1-2 lives remaining, the key is that the summoner can regenerate their health bar of 3 but it takes a lot of time to regenerate. So for example, you were trolling and went 1/20 (Medium Warning). 3-2=1 live, So to not get banned you will need a light warning (Ecessive cursing) or wait 6 months per 1 health, so up to a year to regnerate your health bar to 3 lives from the remaining 1 you had from that medium warning.

What this new ban system will do? It will decrease the toxicity of the LoL community and decrease the amount of bans occuring every year. Instead player will tend to be much more careful and acutally have to think twice before they something untolerable. Keeping the toxicity at new lows and bans less frequent.

Will Riot do changes like these? Maybe or maybe not and would think Riot would havea tough time doing something like this, though I think Riot should really at least give us the option to see our recent history + more control.

All in all I think this will really keep toxicity at low levels and decrease the amount of bans and most importantly more data/control in our account.

I am actually permabanned and the only thing I can do is give feedback, I am a victim of a small percentage of players that got permabanneditem 3070 . I want to keep the toxicity at new lows and make people think twice, this is my way of helping the community. That is all, thanks for reading. Also please upvote if you think this should happen in the near future in 2020! feel free to add more ideas!AurelionSol

As Gatekeeper mentions, Riot worries people will try to game the system. They also have done the research and came to this system of restrictions and bans as the most effective at protecting the people who aren't toxic while still allowing for reform.

  1. Follow the rules.

  2. Watch what you say.

  3. Show some restraint.

Simple as that.

Riot’s goal is not to decrease number of punishments. Riot’s goal is not to increase average honor level or number of players with high honor.

#Riot’s only goal is to reduce toxicity

If it takes a lot of punishments to make this happen, that’s fine. If it takes a low average honor, that’s fine.

By giving people more insight into the punishment systems, you will decrease punishments. But that is not because you are decreasing toxicity - it’s because you’re enabling people to “game” the system or avoid punishments while still not behaving appropriately.

Well for at the least it would be great if Riot gave us more data on how much we spent, previous ban history, etc... so that we can learn from our mistakes and know exactly what to do. Ban system seems fine so I wont add more but would be great if they gave us more data. Thanks for your feedback so far guys. [zombie-brand-clap]
