WHY ARURF? whats the fun in URF if we can't be the champions we want to pick?!

ARUF will allway be terrible compared to URF which sticks you in a single lane forces you to play champions you don't like is to short compared to normal urf and is generally not a good time compared to urf.

also that is what the ban pick was for in the old urf

Or you know...swap out the lane in the wake of a bad matchup in hopes for a better match. If no better matchup, cut your losses and roam for your potential carries to get off the ground.

As for not liking champions: Who doesn't like having a crash course on any champion you get drawn?

That's what I love in video games and/or my leisure time activity, being "forced" to do something. It really makes the experience far more enjoyable, wouldn't you say?

As for the tired argument about the "same 10 to 20 champions". I saw a lot more than just that---I played about 40 or so different champs when URF was around and would have played even more. Not to mention the fact that we have ten bans now, so you're guaranteed to get a better variety.

I don't really see how RNG deciding the winner of a game is so much more preferable.

Jeah i also hate being FORCED to kill turrets ore being FORCED to not play banned Champions, i would like to be able to oneshot everyone and have 1.000.000 Life, because i hate being FORCED to be balanced, Forcing and putting limits on gamer is actually good gamedesign but dont let your bubble be bloped, oh and no, you did see Only around 20 different Champs, the said once after the very first URFs that 15 Champs makes 80 % of the Played Characters, jeah you would see sometimes different Champs and they would get shit on. But anyway let your Nostalgia-glasses on and enjoy ARURF, because URF isnt coming back no matter how hard you try

While I think arurf is trash in comparison to Urf, it's still kinda fun though. I don't see an issue with arurf being a thing, I have an issue that riot refuses to bring OG URF back at all. I think urf AND arurf should both be in the game rotation. People complain about urf but for some reason when it was up it didn't take me more than 10 seconds to into a game. Hmmm, maybe people actually enjoyed it and had fun, otherwise people wouldn't play it.

Nah I don't want to play against Malzahar / Zed / FIzz / Ezreal / Sona every single game to know it's lost in under 5minutes from the loading screen. If this community was able to "have fun" (and please don't start with the "i hAvE fuN wiNniNg" or "i DonT plAY tO loSe"). URF was back for like 2 weeks and people started making a meta, that's why they made it random and added the snowball instead of TP. URF shouldn't have a meta and shouldn't have a strat at all

Fun idea, ban malz, fizz, ez, sona, karthus, and any other annoying champs then play who you want.
