Toxic/Inting players never getting banned.

I was just in a game as Khazix Jungle with a Zed mid. I ganked the Zed's lane when he pinged for me to come, and their jungler counter ganked and we both died. This Zed instantly starts flaming me and for the next 20 minutes, follows me in jungle while last hitting all my camps. He would spam ping me since I muted him, and he would tell the enemy team to report me for being toxic. I don't understand how over 5 people reported him after that game and he still didn't get suspended/banned. I seem to run into these dumbasses that truly make the League community cancer and wonder how people like him have made it this far without getting perma banned. Anyways, Riot needs a better system of banning these fuckers since it seems like I have them in every 4 or 5 games.

Don't even get me started, literally lost a ranked game for two people on my team decided it was a much better idea to flame eachother vs actually fighting the enemy. I can carry one toxic piece of shit, but two? Come on riot, at least give me a fighting chance.

hey, i feel what you mean sometime you do get players like that..... including myself, sometimes i am also insanely passive aggressive in-game cause you should know you get bad players like not looking mini map ones, wards the bush and keeps dying like 3 or 4 time not trolling but like they really bad ... that time i start typing sht but not offensive language and i even int some games cause there is legit no hope to win when team dies non stop continuously, i inted like more than 5 games in week still no ban , they only look for racsim and offensive
