Toxic players never getting banned.

I was just in a game as Khazix Jungle with a Zed mid. I ganked the Zed's lane when he pinged for me to come, and their jungler counter ganked and we both died. This Zed instantly starts flaming me and for the next 20 minutes, follows me in jungle while last hitting all my camps. He would spam ping me since I muted him, and he would tell the enemy team to report me for being toxic. I don't understand how over 5 people reported him after that game and he still didn't get suspended/banned. I seem to run into these dumbasses that truly make the League community cancer and wonder how people like him have made it this far without getting perma banned. Anyways, Riot needs a better system of banning these fuckers since it seems like I have them in every 4 or 5 games.

If you take a look at this section of the boards, there are many posts about toxic players being banned.

As far as your specific case goes with the Zed:

With the current system, most of the time it takes more than just a single game for someone to be punished. If that Zed wasn't punished immediately after the game, that likely means that they don't behave like that very frequently. It doesn't mean that their behavior is acceptable, because flaming others is definitely unacceptable, and if they continue doing that then your report will definitely help in getting them punished.

Also, the system doesn't look at the raw number of reports a player receives in a single game, it looks at the number of games they are reported in, and it only takes one report to flag a game. Any additional reports don't really do anything extra.

Um no, toxic players are the ONLY ones to get banned. There was a post on here last night about a dude purposing feeding to prove a point to riot that they dont ban trolls. I just got perma banned and you could say i am verbally toxic. I dont troll you though.
