So I got back from a 2 month break from league and i thought it would help my frustration with the game. Well the game has never been more frustrating, and its gotten to the point where i would be toxic toward my teammates (which is very unusual for me). I just need tips on how to control my frustration and not take it out on my teammates.

Remove all the keys on your keyboard except the ones that let you use skills and ping and such. hard to make coherent sentences without half a keyboard.

smoke a joint? put on some relaxing music? take a breathe and think, "ok how can i turn this around?". every bad situation has a way out.

Don't put it in chat. Just say it out loud. Some of the least toxic people I know would be some of the most toxic people I know if they said what they said out loud in chat.

Lol is a game where the trolls will always win and the people who actually care about winning and take it seriously will lose.

Serioualy don't think ranked is everything, there are players in silver players who got trolled in their promotion series and never made it to gold, and bronze players like me that's beaten platinums before.

Deep breaths. A lot of slow and deep breaths. Do some yoga or even stretch shit before each match to lower your heart rate. Go outside more, talk a walk.
