There should be a turret smite

Just an idea, what about adding a turret smite to skirmishers that does ~200 true damage to turrets? Nobody uses it anyway and I feel it could be used for counter jungling/split pushing junglers, what do you guys think?

Turrets dont need to become even more useless.

Krugs smite buff does this. You can sacrifice the buff by attacking a tower, and it deals some true damage.
