Calculating Differences/ Scanning files

Today i was about to play a 3v3 ranked match with my team when all of the sudden league crashed. When i tried to log back on, the usual orange button at the top for logging on wasnt there, it was replaced by what first looked like an update. There is a percentage bar which is stuck at 33% and above it, it says calculating differences/ X scanning files. The number continuously rises for how many files have been scanned, but it is not doing anything. The percentage wont move and ive tried doing everything to get it to stop so i can get back on. Ive ran as administrator, turned off peer to peer transfer, ive changed regions, and i downloaded cyberghost vpn like someone from another forum said. None of these are working and its really annoying, can anyone help?
