I have been seeing Zilean used alot in the "pros" so I decided to play him some in a few games. and man what a blast he was. I had over 1000 ap in full build. his Q doing 1.2k each (so if I stacked it, 2.4k, basically kill any non tank). and if a tank would take out well over half their hp. ult would restore 3k+ hp, so it was a full heal on me, almost full heal on tanks seems a bit too powerful imo, but still a blast

Kal Vas Flam1 votesI play Zil support and love it. He ramps up slower as support but has the advantage of adding a ton of late game firepower and utility without sacrificing another big gun in mid. The biggest problem is people have to trust you, and when they don't you end up wasting a lot of ults and probably lose the game.
Communist Toast1 votesyea, you have to trust that zil will save you with his ult. I was thinking of sacrificing some AP in my build for GA in the late game, my bombs would basically do the same and I wouldn't have to use my ult on myself anyway
he has a great poke that is unavoidable once you get it. so many times last game I would throw a bomb on Ezreal and the bomb would kill him (doing 1.2k damage, if he was below half health he was dead). and once he got stuck, he would just have nothing to do with 2 seconds just thinking "oh crap I am dead"
