7.22 FPS LAG!

I have always played league on high settings capped at 144fps no problems. Today 7.22 came out for preseason and now my fps skips all over the place and is often at 90-110, although it will usually be 144 while in base. Changing the graphics settings has NO effect. Disabling sound actually made my fps worse!

I did notice that somehow my graphics card was having the Memory Clock spike to ceiling very frequently while in game (7000 mhz) which is a little strange. Specs: WIndows 10 3.1ghz intel i5 chip Radeon 4gb gddr5 graphics 8gb memory onboard sound.

Im hopeful to get some rioter comments on the general news related to this since I read several posts with others having the same issue today with perfect performance yesterday before the preseason patch came out.
