Dear RIOT: Key Fragment Counter

Overall I have been pretty excited and happy with the hextech crafting. There is one feature that I think is missing though: a counter on our profile, like the chests and first win of the day bonus, that tells players how many key fragments they have gotten since the last "reset" and when the key fragment chances will reset back to their baseline odds. For players who enjoy playing something like 1-3 games a day, it is hard to have an idea if we are just not earning any fragments or if we are at the end of "the month" and the odds are just against us. While this isn't has important as knowing if a chest is available to obtain or not, imagine if players never knew when the first win bonus was available or if they had ARAM re-rolls.
