Rune Suggestion - Crit chance to direct damage increase?

With the new crit item changes and, the new changes to tryn as a result of that, I think we should address RNG in league. There are some people who are against RNG in the game and some that are for it or don't care. Since the inspiration tree is supposed to be designed not to give direct bonuses but instead change the way the game is played, what do you all think about a rune that changes crit chance into a direct damage buff (instead of 25% chance to do x2 damge you just do x1.25 damage on every auto) similar to ashe's passive. I think making this an option for players instead of changing the whole game is the best of both worlds. It makes champs that bank on crits more reliable (GP) but less likely to turn a teamfight with a lucky crit. Some other things to consider:

  1. abilities that cooldown with crits should probably also have the cooldown reduced (for example tryn's spin gets 2sec of the cooldown when he crits, reduce it to 1sec + 1sec * critchance. So a 50% crit tryn will get 1.5 seconds off his spin every auto.)
  2. This could allow overcapping on crit. Tryn could build 3 crit items again and go from 75%-125% but this might be a huge issue on 6 crit item yasuo
  3. The rune could remove all crit RNG for your champ (enemy crits are effected the same way) so that you don't get 3 shot lvl 1 vs tryn or one shot by triforce + brawlers GP.
  4. Ashe could need a new passive or just never take this rune
  5. Anivia E might get bugged since it technically crits
  6. Champs with auto crits (shaco, xin, jhin, fio etc.) would need to be looked at
  7. The rune doesn't really add any advantage and so might need a small bonus as well (+10% crit like ashe passive maybe?)
  8. Should crit animations always play (infinite stab garen) Let me know your thoughts on the rune and any interactions I'm not thinking of.
