Zz'rot and BoC minion kills do not give Sion max health

  1. buy Zz'rot or BoC
  2. the item's effects kill minions
  3. Sion W passive health does not increase

I realize this could be intentional and these are unpopular items to be sure but it would be nice to have this small fix/buff

Shrug... I think it's fine the way it is... I'm not sure if I would say it was outright unhealthy but I'm not sure that I think he should be able to afk farm health like that. Every other infinite stacker has specific restrictions; proximity chief among them. I'd maybe even argue that Sion should get his bonus health if he is within normal exp range but I'd be leery of map-wide stacking.
