how to fix bot issue

simple, riot, if you please, take a simple note from a low brow game, horrible graphic/detail browser based game such as bloody runescape, put a "captcha" that you have to fill out before you select a champion or go as far as to do it before you even select a game mode, random every time, thus stopping people from using scripts to farm ip and ruin tt, arams, summoners rift and any other mode that theres bots in. how come you cant think of a way to stop botting yet a game with 2000 players total can figure it out... honestly.
