champ select bug

Basically when I go to go into champ select or start a match, sometimes it will accept a match, then nothing happens, like I cannot see champion select, yet when I go to hit play, it says you are already in an existing game, then it says after a few seconds " you did not select a champion" which I could not, and then I am stuck waiting 5 minutes, this happens quite often actually, and if I happen to get into the game that it says I'm already in or get to the champion selection, then my masteries/runes selection is bugged which only lets me see the first 4/5 and are like super huge so I cannot scroll down to the last 4 pages. Getting frustrated, cleared cash and re-log after each game so that I make sure it's not a client issue for running for too long etc, and I have done the "bug fix" option on client itself. Someone please help.
