Actually, Omnistone should have a 50% chance of activating every single Rune at the same time once you hit something if it activates, it would have like a 20s cd. Just imagine, you hit an AA on someone at level 1 and he gets bombarded with Electrocute, Aery, comet, aftershock, etc all at once lmao
