Vlad is the gayest fucking piece of shit champ there is right now and its all thanks to RIOT! yes of course he can literally kill me while he heals half of his health (1000hp heal) so thanks aa fucking lot riot for doing this, all of us appreciate the 2 second CD he has and all those OP fucking healing. I think every top laner would appreciate a god damn fucking NERF for this Champ.

lol what people cant seem to figure out is that vlad is fucking useless early he cant do nothing really other than third q you. but if you want to beat a vlad camp tf out of him and just dont let him get to his late game spike.....that where the counterplay is with him hes just a late game beast it was the same with old vlad but u know no one played him xD
