Fucked up matchmaking by riot

I love going into a norms game and playing any champ i want with whoever i feel like playing with on my friends list. The problem with this, is that every fucking time i go into a fucking normals, i get matched with bronzes and unranked, and the enemy team always has a plat or higher. So as a fucking team player in the community i want you to fucking solve this issue. It's causing me to lose brain cells due to the amount of feeding going on on my team, and it really doesn't fucking help me improve my skills cause, well you probably already know fucking why.
