Can we see abilities in champ select?

I play ARAM pretty much exclusively and I own most of the roster but there are champions I haven't played before or iterations of them I haven't played yet (like new Warwick). It would be nice to be able to view their abilities and ratios by clicking on the champion portrait or something again like we were able to do in the old client.
