How is the new dark harvest ok ?

So while i was in my alt account playing a normal game i saw in the loading screen a rengar.leblanc and a miss fortune with dark harvest i didnt really care untill i got 100% 0.01 sec oneshot by rengar at level 6 with only one lethality item a dirkblade or whatever its called the previous dark harvest was better and could be only used in assasins but now it can be used ON EVERYTHING What you didnt have enough burst damage as veigar? Well here you go just press this button and the enemy will evaporate to the shadow realm. Just try things before putting them in the live servers.
