Now that the Garen mini-rework is off the PBE, what are player's opinions?

Now that we've had the Garen mini-rework on the PBE for a bit and have had some time to test it, I'd like to ask PBE players...

What do you think of it? Good? Bad? Indifferent?

It will probably come back in an altered form if it's anything like the Wukong and Teemo mini-reworks we've seen in the past, but I just want to know player's opinions of the CURRENT ITERATION of the mini-rework.
