Runes on Kassadin
Im so sick of this ARMOR/MAGIC pen meta.
Is it viable to take scaling 9x armor seals and 9x mr glyphs?
So i dont have to rush these 
EVERY SINGLE GAME!

I always run scaling magic rest, and magic penetration. For seals I've been trying out greater seals of health but scaling armor is always an option. I would always carry magic pen, and rest tho. And You really shouldn't be having to rush zhonya or sceptre unless you're really struggling. I really only go for Zhonya first if I'm against a Zed. I'd always rush rod of ages first. And then go with what position you are after that. If the team has multiple ap, and you're struggling maybe go with the sceptre after rod of ages.

I'd take scaling armor, but flat MR for early. Though, take the opposite against an ad champ.
