Camille's Lore breaking Ultimate(ex. Ekko Ult)

Alright so you'd think that some kid who can literally go back in time to escape any situation should be able to ult out of Camille's ultimate. (Considering he he walking back along the forth dimension to a point in time he'd not be in the area Camille's ult would be put up on.) I'm sure Ekko's ultimate isn't the only escape tactic that should be excluded from the 'no escape' factor of Camille's ultimate but in my experience, Ekko not being able to escape by literally going back in time seems a bit far fetched. In terms of balance some champions should be able to get through certain abilities. Eventually she will be treaked around a bit to fit in for balance and in my opinion Ekko's ultimate should definitely be able to escape her ultimate, but at the same time I'm curious, what else do ye think should be an exclusion or adjustment to fit lore.
