Annie Ult range stealth nerfed?

Hey, is there anyone else who has played a lot of Annie in the past, that noticed at some recent time her ult range was nerfed? I couldn't find any patch notes about it. I just did a few games with her for the first time after the mid season updates and I'm about 95% certain that the tibbers stun doesn't tag people from nearly as far now. I knew how to get some good max range stuns in before and I just did a couple games and basically missed every single time.

Have any other annie players experienced this?
