No Noxian Support?

I remember a long time ago Riot said they were pumping out new champions just about every patch because they wanted each geographic region of Runeterra to have their own take on each role, but if this is the case then why is there no support champion for Noxus? I mean, it's not like the idea of a support would be completely alien to Noxus. You could make a vanguard character like Leona and it would still fit perfectly with the flavor of Noxus. I know that it's technically possible to play Swain or Leblanc (even Darius) as a support, but they tend to do so terribly in these roles that it's never worth it to play them off meta.

EDIT: I know Sion also exists as a potential support and has seen success in the past, but it just doesn't feel right or optimal to play him in the role with the way his W and E work.

This is true, but Noxus actually is not the only region with a similar problem.

Bandle City: no jungler Ixtal: no ADC Piltover: no support Shurima: no support Mount Targon: no ADC Void: no support

So there are quite some regions which are still not able to build a complete functional team. Hope that Riot will fill out these roles for the regions soon, especially for the regions with a low champion count in the first place.....

I also have been waiting on a true void support since is started playing this game years ago. It’s a similar boat, people play vel’koz sup, but I want a void creature designed for support.

I feel like Noxians are very selfish champions and that doesn't really fit the "theme" of support.

Well, it takes time to create characters and most developers usually don't like to keep creating the same class over and over. We just got Pyke a little over a year ago and now we have Yuumi, if Riot is planning on doing a Noxian support it probably won't be for a little while.

iirc Annie and Morgana used to be considered "Noxian" because they came from Noxian territories, and they were at one point support champs

meh it kinda fits how theres no noxus champs because noxus dosent care about their soilders AT ALL. noxians are greedy and that only strong will rise and always eliminate the weak. i mean a good idea is for a champ that hates noxus because of its cruel nature so she/he can become a support and show noxus that violence isnt always the answer but Riven has that role already except for the support part.

Truuuuth. I kinda want to make a concept now in this direction. Thing about Noxus is they're hard to pinpoint in terms of theme. Like, they're just sorta bad guys more or less. Their whole thing is strength and whatnot but not sure its enough for me to go on, inspirational-wise. Maybe a Zaun support...

Now that Nunu no longer is a buff machine, Noxus could have a Fabius Bile or some such bioscientist super buffer who can cause an ally to berserk and turn lane minions and jungle creeps into monsters.

I've always wanted a Noxian battle medic, some guy who generally stands out among Noxian forces as an uncharacteristically upbeat individual. And while he doesn't fit in he is undeniably good at his job. It would be a fun personality to see and you could probably make a fun kit based around blood magic, bandages, and herbs to heal allies
