Make garen viable again.

With patch 7.10 health items have been reduced in turn for more armor. For Garen thats not good he already gets armor form W he needs health badly. I think you guys should up his health back to 96 per level. Are you guys planning on looking at Garen though? His Q and W should be changed to make him more team compliant. It would be nice to up the base damage on his E as well because aa at level 1 do more damage than E. I think Q should go back to 35% movespeed and instead of back to 2.5 second silence make a 2 second silence to make it more balanced. For w either make it the way it used to while adding aoe to it for team mates or get rid of the cap on w while making it aoe for teammates. Now for his ultimate i believe there should be a slow to it. Because while darius can ult a whole team garen can only ult one person and thats it. A giant sword that lets out a huge shockwave, shouldn't that do something? Maybe when the shock waves goes out it slows the enemies by 50% or it damages them. Because for a huge shockwave from a giant sword it doesn't do much. this comment is with personal feelings aside and garen as a whole. It would be interesting to see garen picks again because he becomes viable like dairius. they perform the same role but darius does it better. Lets make garen fill a role again like darius.
