@meddler -Garen buffs on the pbe

These new buffs are much appreciated, but i have a few problems with it. His E and R are the abilities that need work in my opinion. These Q buffs will give garens no reason to max E like u guys want. His Q is far superior to E. E only feels like your main source of damage once garen reaches like level 10 or 13. Each tick of E should do more damage that will create strategy. And for his Q buff coming, i think it should have longer silence not a damage buff. His W is fine. But his ult should be changed. The shockwave that the sword sends out should either aoe slow or aoe damage. Or maybe if garen kills the vilain he gets a reset on ult and can use it once more on a nonvilian target(if thats to broken then the ult damage is halfed on the second target). But seriously his ult should have some kind of aoe affect. I do have an idea for W though. For the 6 second duration the ability starts out at 85% tenacity and for each second that goes buy the tenacity decreases by 10. The damage reduction should do the same maybe or let it be the way it is now. But this will allow garen to be able to handle crowd control a bit better. maybe my ideas are broken, idk but i am gonna say it again, his ult should do aoe from the shockwave and maybe give him a reset for killing the vilain.
