Trolls Everywhere

You guys said you were fixing this problem, but it doesn't feel like you are doing a good job... the past games i've had atleast 1 team mate that is not taking any effort in helping us or giving the enemy laner free kills. I don't wanna sound toxic (which im not.. if u guys wanna check my chat logs you are free to do so) but this is getting out of hand, i had a match where the top laner and jungle duo fed the enemy top laner so hard that they went afk after we refused to Forfeit (we had a chance to win).

And in ranked its even worse... Can you guys tell me what's going on? is it because 4-20? are you guys inviting every underaged players to play and ruin others experiences?
