So what are your guy's thoughts on Ivern Support?

Well, he is a jungle support, so he should work in lane too. You can also take smite as lane support so you can either steal the enemy's buffs or get blue smite and do almost the same thing as exhaust.

At least those are my thoughts on what to do.

I mean he has good CC, a great shield, and at level 5 could share Jungle champ buffs!

If Ivern was a support, then you have to think about how he could use his abilities to help out his adc. His passive is useless in lane. His q is used as a stun. W can be used to hide your adc so they become untargetable for the other laners. Ivern's e acts as a shield and slow (kind of like lulu's shield mixed with a mini leona ulti). And his ulti is basically the same thing as Annie's tibbers. In my opinion, I think Ivern could definetly be a good support with enough practice. He's basically like a mix of other supports' kits like: Zyra, Leona, Lulu, and Annie. My only problem with Ivern support is that he doesn't really have good engage and his passive is useless in lane and even if you do use your passive in the jungle, you'd only be stealing your junlger's camps.
