Refund System

Will those of who have used all of our refunds ever get to refund again? A limit of three per account isn't that much when you've been playing for years. When the chroma's came out, I accidentally purchased one for a champion that I don't even really play when I was trying to look at them (I was exhausted and dunno how but yup.. bought it) and wasn't able to refund it - made a support ticket and was told that because I'd used all of my refunds that I couldn't do it even I haven't used one since probably the month the refund system came out. I've got every champion, have spent hundreds on the game throughout the past 3-4 years that I've been playing, but nope.. no refund for the chroma. As a result I made a decision that I'll never spend money on the game again and am going to stick with it but it'd be cool to see refunds cycle back into accounts - maybe one a year or something.
