Take off his AP scaling. Screw it. AP Ezreal was pretty much trash before the monster that runeglaive + ludens turned him into. Bring that pretty boy back down to bot lane where he belongs.
ETA: Oh and buff his AD ratios while you're at it. Dude's completely out classed as an ADC too.
Yes, let's make dramatic changes to a champion that forces them into one role only and lowers diversity, rather than fix the item that made the champion problematic.
I don't like it either but ez is one of the few champs (Kog being the other one) who can be build in different ways
Mora champs need to be able to do this and I don't think making him adc only will be good for anyone
I've maintained a 52.38%% win rate on AP Ezreal over 126 games spanning about a year now. In case you haven't checked, the AD builds for Ezreal maintain his win rate at close to 43% at all elos. If anything, AD Ezreal is the trash build and people are just now starting to realize it (granted, Runeglave makes AP Ezreal a bit more noob friendly).
The cat's out of the bag. Even if Riot removes the Spell Effects from Runeglave more people will play Ezreal AP now. Get use to it.
If Ezreal's Q didnt scale with AD, he'd never be played botlane, imo.
