I thought the definitely not udyr skin was his ultimate skin rofl, im so glad i didnt get his ultimate i would have been pissed if i didnt look first, why is def not udyr seem better than his ultimate skin?

DNU is a good skin, but SGU is almost like an entirely new champion given how much it differs from classic Udyr.
It's got a whole new set of lines, including several that trigger when you buy certain items, taunts and jokes specific to each stance, lines for when you max out your abilities, use your abilities, kill jungle camps, respawn, etc.
It has new particles and visual effects for all his skills, and it changes how his skills look when you max them out. It changes his champion icon (the one that appears in the lower left corner of the HUD). I think buying the skin also gives you a SGU summoner icon.
Remember what Twitch was like before he got his VU, and what he's like now? Well just imagine Udyr getting one; that's what you get when you buy SGU.
