This is literally the only game i have ever played where this is even a problem and riot just goes around banning anyone that gets pissed off

Did you get a punishment and a reform card after this game? No matter what, of course it's toxic to call for report and wish for a ban, pointless sterile friction with someone else. Don't add fuel to the fire, don't feed the troll. Haven't learned from the past? Here's a good paragraph:
