League of legends comparing the movie to the game.. and the game is pathetic.

who am i to judge i have been playing this game for years and the first login screen for me was aatrox... when i saw the movies i was so exited i can't wait to play this game. and after downloading and heading to login screen i was like *wow .. this will be an epic game. now i logged in. to the client and started my training . that when i was shocked when the game started it was so pathetic. game play characters/view/came angle.. the game was very small. the view was very bad .. its like looking on a plate or disc with some colors on it.. i expected something more like the movies... it was very sad..

but i moved forward kept playing the game as my friend encouraged to continue playing and i did... and i hoped the game will change and be like the movie( or close or better ) but nobody had a single thought about that so this article exist to give the idea. look at new dawn https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3JpJ2hnn8iw credits riot for the movie and whoever mixed it up.

when i showed my friends the movies for champions and the game(new dawn, The star forger, a twisted fate etc..) they were like * wow this looks epic i wanna play it *. then showed them the real thing they started to laugh so did i . the game is pathetic needs a'lot of work. i mean look how hard you worked on movies why not put same efforts and make the game a'lot better ( i know you worked hard to make this game and i appreciate that but its not enough time to change to better future of riot games. )

head ups tips: change camera view. make characters bigger with more details make the view full of life. looks more real. ( you can look around ) change the ability bar and the way character reacts to a spell. make it more real gather a team and gather ideas mine is not enough just head ups.

You could literally say the same thing about starcraft or any top down strategy game.

The animations are used to advertise the game and to give the players of the game a cool lore related or just an epic battle between champions that wouldent be possible in the game. They are used to give the players a new fantasy about the game.

Obviously not a part of the older generation of gamers, specifically around the PS1 era where FMV looked in many regards far superior to the in game graphics. If you're not going to look for gameplay footage when researching, it's on you. A cinematic is in no way an example of in game grapgics in all games.

as for my view the game must look epic. from in and out. not just trailer... with more efforts and more coders and more ideas the game will change to be epic. just like in movie i want to see that happens. i'm just showing my view of the game. and ideas and its not enough. need more people more ideas and enough coders you will say graphic designs and movies is not the same as making a 3D character will i agree. but the idea is to make the game better some ideas:

  • make champions react when hit by enemy ability.
  • make them more detailed. ( bigger characters... the camera view... the environment )...
  • songs/in game suits the moment . if you know what i mean. the game can improve a'lot if they put their efforts into listening to ideas and testing them before hand ....
