How do you counter viktor with zhonya + lissandra with her ult and zhonya + tank soraka healing team
wdf do we focus any way to go against this team composition?

Rofl, just because Assassins had counter play, doesn't mean all roles have counter play. I laugh at people who say Assasisn meta was toxic, yet they never experienced mage meta :D it is slowly returning, just wait till they pick up 
and spam soraka and double heal settups and more AoE mages xD
gl, there is no counterplay :D
Focus whoever is doing the most damage to force a Zhonya's, then focus the next biggest threat. If you can hard CC someone (Viktor, Lissandra, the adc) and murder them before they can react you can completely ignore the Zhonyas, and if not, you can focus a Zhonya user until they use it and make it a 4v5 for 2.5 sconds.
