literally some people just pick random shit with wrong summoners then toxic talking in the chat waiting for people to dodge I mean i cannot report them unless i go though a painful 20 minute with them I don't know if that's punishing them or punishing me I also lost 20LP just to dodge trolls today
I 250% agree with this post. They should also have an ability to report people in the client too. I haven't had a Bot add me and spam a website in awhile, but having the ability to do so, would have been, and still would be nice.
Screen shot and submit a ticket for now, otherwise yeah I agree there needs to be a report button and a tribunal review of cases and Riot oversee of each case that has been voted for a ban of some sort.

Most of the time they wont rid them either its all by luck this game that we all feel skills give the upper hand. lol
Once you realize that its all luck who you get placed with, whether you win or lose, you would feel better. keep playing. high rate of play, higher chances of getting carried.
Getting rid of the baddies means there would be an overflow of players in Challenger and down.

i dont understand all this toxic stuff, people should be allowed to say whatever they want as long as its not a direct threat if you can' take it use the mute button. If this is the way its going to be i want riot to put in a mute all button in the client and in the game because if i cant say whatever i want i dont want to see or hear anyone elses stupid crap. and riot needs to put in a way to mute someones pings too
