So I tried Ryze with his new update today finally, and here's what I like and don't like about it. Do Like.
Use E on someone in a minion wave.
Be amazed at how buffed the skill is.
Honestly though the bounce range on his E is pretty short, and combined with the short cast range it still feels slightly lackluster.
Ryze's main problem now is the short duration on his passive and ult.
5-8 would be so much better than 3-6
Its his Q that I have a problem with. How many mages have a single target skill shot that doesn't apply some form of CC when it hits? Also what do you build on him now? He gets 30% CDR from his ult and I run 10% between my masteries and Runes so Frozen heart seems like a waist of gold, so what tanky items are good on him. Because his Q only hits one target if you want to hit the target that you are supposed to focus you have to basically stand in melee range of them so that nothing can block your Q.
They should make his Q like Veigars, where it can hit 2 targets.
