  1. Remove his double crit chance gain. (also removing the -10% crit damage modifier)
  2. Lower base damages, increase ratios.

Boom. You now can't build tanky while effectively increasing your damage (Do you know how stupid it is to go tank yasuo with phantom dancer? 12% REDUCED DAMAGE ON A TARGET WHO IS BUILDING SURVIVABILITY AND GETS DOUBLE CRIT CHANCE? LOL OK Riot.)

I never said he was op- I said how to fix him because nothing about his kit is healthy, but they won't rework him-- so tuning is in order.

I mean, counter building against double crit chance is dumb? That's not a good mechanic whatsoever and doesn't even fit his theme.

Plus, you're really going to disregard that fighting Tanky Yasuo with PD isn't stupid?
