Can we move "Runes" and "Items" pages to the Profile tab, instead of Collections?

Title, i feel like collections is more for skins, wards, emotes, chromas etc. Literal collectable things. Runes and Item Pages aren't something you collect. They're something you just have on your profile to choose during a match, and are more related to gameplay as are the "Stats", "Ranked" and "Highlights" etc. tabs. Every time i try to edit runes or items i click on the profile page out of habit thinking they're there, but they aren't. Just a small change idea.
