I have a small buff/change in kit to add to Mundo to increase his winrate/pickrate maybe?

I was thinking that yes, mundo throws cleavers.

How about for every third Q, Mundo throws two cleavers, one from each hand, with a slighttt arch inwards, and maybe the slow increased from 40% to 50% if hit by one of these cleavers

The enemy champion cannot take damage from both cleavers at once, minions can

It's small but would make Mundo better overall
